Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SkillPin, including the website, the macOS app, and any related features, content, or services. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using SkillPin, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use SkillPin only if you can form a binding contract with us and are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If you use SkillPin on behalf of a company, school, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.
2. Account registration
You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or provide false or misleading profile information.
3. User-generated content
SkillPin includes profiles, map pins, messages, reports, and other user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, share, or make available through the service.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
SkillPin has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not use the service to post, share, request, encourage, or facilitate:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful content
- Sexual content or sexually exploitative material
- Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotions
- Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation
- Illegal activity, violence, or instructions for wrongdoing
- Privacy violations, doxxing, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information
5. Reporting and blocking
You can flag objectionable content and block abusive users through the app. Blocking a user removes that person from your view immediately and may also trigger a moderation review. Reports may be reviewed by us and acted on within 24 hours when appropriate.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe a user or piece of content violates these terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also preserve records and report serious abuse where required by law.
7. Privacy and location data
SkillPin lets users choose how visible their profile or location should be. You are responsible for the location and profile information you publish. Please avoid sharing information that could put you or others at risk.
8. Intellectual property
SkillPin, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by Elonovo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or by our permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, users, or our legal interests.
